This is my first time dying my hair an unnatural colour and i have been begging my mum for months and she finally agreed if it was dark shade of blue so bleach would not be. The lighter hair picks up more of the blue pigment. My friends always change their hair color but they bleach it without any problems although i ve noticed personally that in many cases. And i kno the dye is semi permanent but what about the bleach.
Could i use the splat without the bleach so i don t damage my hair. Or you can temporarily dye your hair blue with kool aid hair chalk food coloring or a blue mascara. Then wet your hair with warm water and shampoo your hair with the mixture.
